Birth Certificate (Issued by Nagar Nigam/Nagar Palika)
Aadhar Card Copies: - Student - Father - Mother
Recent Photographs of Student (2 copies)
PEN (Permanent Education Number) from Previous School
Transfer Certificate (TC): - Original TC from previous school - Must be counter-signed by appropriate authority (if coming from another state)
Previous Academic Records: - Mark sheets of previous class

Age Criteria
For LKG: Must have completed 4 years as on 31st March 2025
For Other Classes: Age appropriate as per the standard class requirements

Important Instructions
All documents must be self-attested by Parents/Guardians
Forms should be filled in BLOCK LETTERS using blue/black pen only
The spelling of student's and parents' names & Date of Birth of student MUST be identical across ALL documents: - Birth Certificate - Aadhar Card - Previous School Records - Transfer Certificate - All other submitted documents
Variations or mismatches in name spellings will not be accepted
Registration forms with incomplete information, Overwriting & Corrections/cutting will not be accepted
Registration forms will be processed only upon submission of complete documentation
Student information cannot be modified post-registration
The school reserves the right to verify all submitted documents
